Charles DeRosier III: “Grid Iron Success”

” Be Phenomenal or Be Forgotten”

Charles is a 16 year old football player at Long Beach Millikan High School and has been at Champion’s Quest for over 1 year. He is outstanding in the classroom, is on the student council and listening is his greatest asset. Charles’ overall athleticism has grown at an unbelievable rate. He started Champion’s Quest with a good athleticism score of 40 points. Now after 1 year, he has over 228 points which is an unprecedented growth of +570%. This phenomenal growth is a tribute to his hard work, commitment and dedication to the system.

We all sat down as a team: Charles, Charles Sr.and myself to review his personal goals, college preparation and create a plan to meet those goals. We customized a College Prep Program designed exclusively for his personal development. What was awesome about this meeting was that we worked together to do what was best for Charles. As the Old African Proverb says, “It takes a Village to Raise a Child”. As a result, Charles came out with a renewed focus, a calm confidence and a desire to be the best. Charles was impressive in all 10 performance combine drills but he was exceptional in the following areas: Explosiveness, Single Leg Strength, balance and most prominent his overall speed.

Bravo my friend, I wish you continued success and most importantly, thank you for trusting the program!!
