Kylie started her training at Champions QUEST Soccer Academy at the end of December 2017. Kylie is a 13-year-old soccer player and plays the outside midfielder/winger position. Kylie is currently playing with SWSC Elite G05 in Temecula. She is completing her last year of middle school at Carmenita Middle School and will be attending Cerritos High School in the fall.

When Kylie first started her training she set some athletic and season goals for herself to achieve within a year. These goals included improving her push-ups, pull-ups, speed, and agility, and also increasing her quickness when dribbling and passing the ball. Kylie has put in an immense amount of time and effort to achieve these goals, clocking in 197 hours of training in 9 months. Over the last few months, Kylie has been coming to the facility before her scheduled clinics to practice and workout on her own and then will stay after those clinics and put in even more practice time. Kylie has made an overall athletic improvement of 80%. She improved her 10-yard sprint time from 1.75s to 1.59s. Kylie has posted faster times in all three agility categories: her 1-2 time went from 10.40s to 8.34, her 1-4 time went from 11.97s to 8.87s, and her SST time went from 5.32s to 4.65s. Kylie increased her push-up total from 27 to 40 and her pull up total went from 1 to 3. Kylie made a huge improvement in her core strength, she is now able to hold a plank for 4 minutes compared to under 2 minutes when she first tested. On the skill side, Kylie has become quicker in her decision making on and off the ball. Her dribbling speed has increased and she receives the ball and passes at a faster rate. This is only the beginning for Kylie. She continues to grow as a person and athlete and has shown that she is keen and determined to continue making improvements. Her next goal is to make the high school soccer team next year. With benchmark testing soon we are looking forward to seeing what more improvements she has made. Keep working hard Kylie and we are excited to continue to work with you and help you achieve your goals.
