DESCRIPTION:
Beginner/Intermediate:
This camp focuses on the basics of passing, setting, and hitting and the footwork that accompanies these basics. There will also be an emphasis on serving, both overhand and underhand. Some light conditioning will also be incorporated.
Advanced:
This camp will focus on the details of volleyball. The athletes will be learning more advanced plays and serves. This camp will not teach the basics but will build on what the players have already learned. Some light conditioning will also be incorporated.
Both camps will have mini tournaments on the last day of camp s o that the athletes will gain some game time experience and get a chance to use the new skills they learned throughout the camp.
