Quicken reaction time

Visual mechanics combined with biomechanics

During a game volleyball players have a lot to focus on.  Their minds have to instantly interpret a huge amount of game data in a split second.  Quickness gives volleyball players an edge on both offense and defense.  To gain quickness, Champion’s Quest athletes develop the neural networks and motor pathways necessary to trigger lightening fast response to any situation. An additional element of quickness is added through core development and multidirectional skill work. Together, volleyball players realize improved motor mechanics, quicker reflexes, and faster reaction times.

"When I was on a softball travel ball team, we had conditioning practice where we did push-ups, sit-ups, running, and latter exercises. This is what we work on at QUEST. When we did push-ups, I was the only one who was able to do real push-ups. The rest of the girls did push-ups on their knees. My coaches noticed that I was stronger and faster than my teammates."
