"When I was on a softball travel ball team, we had conditioning practice where we did push-ups, sit-ups, running, and latter exercises. This is what we work on at QUEST. When we did push-ups, I was the only one who was able to do real push-ups. The rest of the girls did push-ups on their knees. My coaches noticed that I was stronger and faster than my teammates."
