"Before I joined Champions Quest I was a junior on JV. My coach was considering cutting me. Then i came to Champions Quest and worked over summer on my strength and acceleration. About a week into the school year my coach saw my improvement and put me on Varsity. That year I started four games. Seeing how all of my effort in my workouts got me on varsity showed me that with focus and dedication you can accomplish anything. At practice I can tell when my coach isn't paying attention to me so I tend to slack off and not try my hardest.
