For all competitive football teams and athletes, strength training now plays a major role. Football requires functional strength training that combines explosive power with muscular endurance. The Champion’s Quest Peak Performance Program for football players uses proprietary functional strength development methods based on years of training and research with young football players.
The stronger your muscles are in relationship to your own bodyweight, the faster you will run, the harder you will kick, the higher you will jump, and the easier you will overpower and outmaneuver your opponent. We combine fundamental biomechanical athletic movement with resistance and endurance based strength development. Next, we add fast twitch muscle fiber recruitment and core strength. The result is football athletes who consistently dominate the field because they outrun, outplay, outperform, and outlast their opponents.
