Amplify the drive: strength is power

Train your body to produce maximum force as fast as possible!

The Champion’s Quest land-based curriculum is largely centered on the athlete first, building a solid foundation of total body strength including lower-body, core and upper body strength. Second, developing strength in the kinetic motion that is specific to the sport of rowing. Third, adapting power and velocity to the rate of muscle contraction. Fourth, the athletes develop the physiological ability to have the muscular endurance to carry out the explosive movement on a repeated basis without losing power. When an athlete adds their explosive power to proper technique, the difference is very noticeable on the water… and that’s where it counts!

"Well, it helped me get faster so I can now prove myself more in soccer. A lot of my friends are here. Always try 110%. I'm getting a better running time and better at acceleration."
