8-10y.o. ACCELERATION/STRENGTH

30 minutes acceleration, 30 minutes strength-This class focuses on all aspects of speed technique, mechanics in agility, stride length, stride frequency in the linear, lateral, backward, and multi-directional planes of movement. The second 30 minutes develops the athletes in strength with core, upper, lower, transitional strength and power exercises. It is essential that at a young age they learn proper technique for each exercise, the muscles being used during the exercise, and the benefits of performing the exercise relative to their sport.


11-14y.o. ACCELERATION

AccelerationThis class focuses on all aspects of speed technique, mechanics in agility, stride length, stride frequency, change of direction, and body control. We use a variety of plyometric training to improve the athlete's quickness off the ground, and resistance training to increase their explosive strength. The class works in the linear, lateral, backward, and multi-directional planes of movement.

 

11-14y.o. STRENGTH

Youth strength training Sports are functional and we train our athletes in functional strength the same way. This means that the exercises performed must be: 1) learned in a progressive manner 2) selected based upon the sport that the athlete competes in and 3) selected based upon the age & ability of the athlete. In the strength classes the athletes are taught core-strengthening exercises, proper technique for each exercise, the muscles being used during the exercise, and the benefits of performing the exercise relative to their sport.

 

13-18y.o. INTENSITY

Intensity ClassThis class is geared to middle school to high school athletes that want to increase their stamina in a highly intense circuit class. Athletes will benefit from the strength, agility, timed exercises to take them mentally to the next level of their game. Learn to push yourself past the physical and mental roadblocks. In order to dominate in the 4th quarter, you need to train for it!


15-18y.o. ACCELERATION

15-18y.o. STRENGTH

This class is for the athlete that has an understanding and control of the basic movements needed in order to develop maximum strength. It is geared to athletes that want large improvements with core, upper and lower body strength. This class incorporates a wide variety of Olympic lifts combined with total body strengthening exercises previously learned.
