JUMP START
Our entry-level program for athletes ages 8-10. The classes consist of basic conditioning, coordination, speed, strength and agility training. The younger the athlete develops and learns proper mechanics, the greater athlete they will become!
ACCELERATION*
This class is a combination of agility and speed development training. Agility: Increase foot speed, coordination, quickness and body control. Speed: Learn and improve running mechanics in order to increase acceleration and top end speed.
STRENGTH*
Increase body control and total body functional strength. Every athlete, no matter the age, needs to have relative body strength to perform at their best. Our strength classes provide the best methods of developing this type of strength training specifically to youth athletes. The athletes in this class are typically 11-14.
Intensity*
This class is geared to middle school to high school athletes that want to increase their stamina in a highly intense circuit class. Athletes will benefit from the strength, agility, timed exercises to take them mentally to the next level of their game. Learn to push yourself past the physical and mental roadblocks. In order to dominate in the 4th quarter, you need to train for it!

*We also offer Elite level classes for the advanced athlete (typically high school athletes). The athletes that make the commitment to the school will go through the proper progressions necessary to improve speed in the safest manner. Once the athlete can correctly execute efficient running form and maintain a full range of motion, then they are ready for a power-training program that will increase their speed, quickness and power further.
