REMEMBER THIS ...
1) Eat 1g of protein for every 1lb of muscle (a good portion of that sould be consumed 1st thing in the morning & within 20-30min after a workout!
2) Eat every 3-4 hours!
3) Prepare for the week, so shop with a list (and shop in the perimeters of the store)!
